HR Manager
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, onboarding)
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development
- Plan and support training and learning initiatives
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration
- Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance
- Support leadership with workforce planning and HR strategies
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle disciplinary actions and ensure fair HR practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience with HR systems/tools is an advantage
Preferred
- HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, etc.)
- Experience managing medium or large teams
