Job Description:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, onboarding)
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development
  • Plan and support training and learning initiatives
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration
  • Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance
  • Support leadership with workforce planning and HR strategies
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Handle disciplinary actions and ensure fair HR practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience with HR systems/tools is an advantage

Preferred

  • HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, etc.)
  • Experience managing medium or large teams
