Lead change management activities for large-scale IT projects.
Drive user adoption of cloud-based communication and collaboration tools.
Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
Design and deliver training programs in multiple languages (English, Sinhala, Tamil) for diverse user groups.
Assess organizational readiness and identify resistance points to adoption.
Create training materials, guides, and communication content tailored to different audiences.
Work with project teams and stakeholders to align change efforts with project goals.
Measure and report on adoption progress and training effectiveness.
Support end users through the transition with coaching, communication, and follow-up training.

Requirements

5+ years' experience leading Change Management and User Adoption for large-scale IT projects, mainly with cloud-based communication suites.
Recognized certification in a Change Management methodology.
Extensive experience designing and delivering multi-lingual training (English, Sinhala, Tamil) for diverse organizational user groups.
