• Lead and manage large-scale IT programs from planning through delivery.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and/or cloud collaboration platform deployments.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Manage relationships with senior/high-level stakeholders, keeping them aligned and informed.
• Coordinate across teams (technical, business, vendors) to ensure smooth execution.
• Report on program progress, milestones, and outcomes to leadership.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Resolve conflicts, blockers, and cross-team dependencies as they arise.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience managing large-scale IT programs (500+ users).
• 3+ years' experience specifically in digital transformation and/or cloud-based collaboration platform deployment.
• Recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders, resource allocation, and risk.
