• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) and native mobile technologies.
• Lead the design and evolution of scalable, maintainable, and high-performing mobile application architectures.
• Optimize application performance and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve memory, performance, and stability issues.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, QA Engineers, UX/UI Designers, and other stakeholders to deliver business-critical features.
• Review, refactor, and maintain high standards of code quality through best engineering practices and peer reviews.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Support application testing, deployment, release management, and post-production monitoring to ensure application stability.
• Mentor junior engineers by providing technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and code review feedback.
• Contribute to defining engineering standards, coding guidelines, and mobile development best practices.
• Evaluate emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure long-term product innovation.
• Participate in technical discussions with local and international stakeholders, including senior leadership when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development with successful delivery of production-grade applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.

Native Mobile Experience (at least one platform)

iOS

• Strong experience with Objective-C (required)
• Experience with Swift (strongly preferred)

OR

Android

• Strong experience with Java
• Solid experience using development environments such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Visual Studio Code.
• Experience across the complete mobile application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, release, and ongoing maintenance.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, lifecycle management, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Experience identifying and resolving memory leaks and application performance bottlenecks.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean code practices, design patterns, and scalable architecture.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional programming languages such as C# or similar object-oriented languages.
• Exposure to backend development, APIs, cloud services, or distributed systems.
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and mobile application release processes.
• Experience contributing to technical architecture and engineering best practices.
