Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI models and solutions.
Write clean, efficient Python code to support model development and deployment.
Work with large datasets to train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI/ML models.
Build and integrate Generative AI solutions (e.g., LLM-based features, automation, content generation) into products.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify where AI/ML can add value.
Optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency for production use.
Stay current with advances in AI/ML and Generative AI, and apply relevant techniques to ongoing work.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI/ML pipelines and deployed models.
Mentor junior team members on AI/ML best practices where needed.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI.
Strong hands-on experience with Python.
Proven experience building and deploying machine learning or Generative AI models.
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, model training, and evaluation.
Ability to work independently on complex technical problems.
