Data Scientist
Job Description:
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using Tableau, Grafana, Dash, Streamlit, Plotly, or similar tools.
- Analyse product, customer, and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Use Python and SQL to clean, analyse, and visualise data.
- Support machine learning initiatives through model evaluation, error analysis, data preparation, and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to LLM/GenAI initiatives, including prompt testing and AI output evaluation.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define metrics, analyse product performance, and support data-driven decisions.
- Build lightweight analytical tools, scripts, and automation to improve team productivity.
- Identify data quality issues and improve reporting accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, BI, Analytics Engineering, or a related role.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Experience with dashboarding and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Grafana, Streamlit, Dash, or Plotly.
- Good understanding of statistics, machine learning concepts, and model evaluation.
- Experience working with structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with LLMs, GenAI, APIs, Git, cloud services, or automation tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with integrations such as Zapier and Maxio is a plus.
