Job Description:
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using Tableau, Grafana, Dash, Streamlit, Plotly, or similar tools.
  • Analyse product, customer, and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Use Python and SQL to clean, analyse, and visualise data.
  • Support machine learning initiatives through model evaluation, error analysis, data preparation, and performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to LLM/GenAI initiatives, including prompt testing and AI output evaluation.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define metrics, analyse product performance, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Build lightweight analytical tools, scripts, and automation to improve team productivity.
  • Identify data quality issues and improve reporting accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, BI, Analytics Engineering, or a related role.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills.
  • Experience with dashboarding and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Grafana, Streamlit, Dash, or Plotly.
  • Good understanding of statistics, machine learning concepts, and model evaluation.
  • Experience working with structured and semi-structured datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with LLMs, GenAI, APIs, Git, cloud services, or automation tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with integrations such as Zapier and Maxio is a plus.
