AI Architect (Java/ Python/ PHP/ Node)
Job Description:
- Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs
- Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code
- Lead and contribute primarily in Postgres, Python and Node.js
- Architect systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and extensibility
- Build and integrate AI-powered workflows and LLM-driven features
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Own features end-to-end: design build test deploy monitor
- Debug and solve complex system-level problems
- Contribute to and elevate engineering standards and code reviews
What You Bring
Core Engineering Strength
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Good understanding of object-oriented design and software architecture
- Experience building real-world, enterprise grade systems
- Ability to reason about trade-offs and design decisions
Technical Experience
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in at least one major language (Java, C++, Python, PHP, Node, etc.)
- Experience with or willingness to learn
- Strong knowledge of databases, APIs, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Experience with microservices and API-driven architectures
AI & Modern Development Mindset
- Comfortable using or exploring AI-assisted development tools(e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini CLI)
- Interest in LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-driven systems
- Curiosity to experiment, prototype, and iterate quickly
