Job Description:
  • Lead customer onboarding, technical enablement sessions, workshops, and training programs for AI tool adoption.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers throughout their AI adoption journey.
  • Understand customer challenges and translate business requirements into practical AI workflows and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and real-time troubleshooting support during implementation and adoption phases.
  • Support pilot programs, custom configurations, integrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams by providing customer feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Develop documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing materials to help customers become self-sufficient.
  • Advise customers on AI-assisted development, software engineering workflows, and enterprise adoption strategies.
  • Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and maximize customer value.
  • Support system design discussions and technical solutioning during later phases of customer engagements.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, developer tools, and enterprise AI adoption trends.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, customer engineering, or AI enablement roles.
  • Architect-level expertise with the ability to solve complex technical and business challenges.
  • Strong experience working with large-scale enterprise systems and distributed architectures.
  • Experience working with multinational organizations and enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools, AI-assisted development, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise software platforms.
  • Ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
  • Exposure to Generative AI platforms and AI development frameworks.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products.
  • Background in solution engineering, consulting, developer advocacy, or customer success.
  • Experience delivering technical workshops, training programs, or developer enablement initiatives.
